Our new British Values theme for this half term is 'Democracy', which is one of the fundamentals of living in our country and a bedrock of British Society. One of the key aspects of government in a democracy is the fact that power is shared and not in the hands of one dictator. This links in with our PSHCE themes thinking about how we work in a group. Particularly important celebrations next week are International Women's Day and, of course, Mothering Sunday on the 11th.
