Jewellery Safeguarding Reminder

Miss Atkinson's weekly safeguarding assembly this morning was about jewellery in school. Our policy states that only stud earings and watches may be worn in school. Hooped earings, dangling earings, rings, necklaces are not allowed in school, due to health and safety issues. Especially at playtimes and during PE sessions, children can be racing around. These items of jewellery can potentially get snagged or scratch others so please do not send your child in them.
