A Special Banner is Presented to the IPC from Adeline (Sierra Leone) & Stepney (UK) schools

A special banner, that was designed from pupils ideas in the UK and Africa was presented to the IPC by Eileen Graham this afternoon on behalf of Adeline and Stepney schools.
