This Sunday, we change to British Summer time so the clocks go forward one hour in the early hours of Sunday 31st March. Remember the saying "Spring Forward, Fall Back" so that you know that the clocks go forward in the spring and go back in the fall (the American word for autumn but useful for this rhyme!)
