No Mobile Phones

Please may we issue a polite notice to parents and visitors. Owing to important child protection and safeguarding issues, we request that mobile phones are not used in school for any purpose, whether making phone calls, texting, emailing, taking photos/videos or accessing the internet. Within school, pupils are not allowed phones and staff are not allowed to use their own mobile phones in the presence of pupils. We have a school mobile phone which is used for taking photographs or on school visits, otherwise this is locked away. Staff have to sign it in and out so we may monitor its usage.
