Stepney pupils were involved again in the Annual Anglo-African IPC Football Tournament. This is the second year of this very special event. There are simultaneous competitions taking place in Hull and Freetown. Mountbatten Primary School hosted the Hull event, with thirteen 4-aside teams taking place. We started off in group matches with Stepney winning their group. Semi-finals were then played and Stepney lost out on penalties to the eventual winners St. Marys Queen of Martyrs Primary School. It was a great afternoon, played in good spirit with everyone thoroughly enjoying themselves. Meanwhile, in Freetown, Sierra Leone teams competed in an exciting day of matches.
