International Pupil Council Meeting

Continuing our IPC theme of Sharing, pupils from the global schools in Hull brought something to share - this was a piece of writing, a poster, information about an event in school, anything connected to their partner school and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). They worked in small groups sharing ideas then reported back to all. Pupils were learning a Christmas Calypso Carol song to share with Freetown. Our friends in Sierra Leone at the Freetown IPC were learning a song to share with us. The IPC has been invited to be part of a Hull University project looking at the Plastic Economy. Ray Kirtley joined the meeting to explain more about the project and what it will entail.

As always, it was a great chance to meet our friends from other schools in Hull.
