Thanks from Viking FM

January 22, 2019

After supporting this worthwhile cause in December, we have received this email from them:

To our wonderful supporter

We are well in to January 2019 and Christmas seems like a distant memory… however, we wanted to send you a note to say THANK YOU so much for being a part of Mission Christmas 2018.

Without your support we would not have been able to help as many children as we have and are so grateful for you being a part of the campaign, which puts a smile on the face of the children that need it the most. We have received some great feedback from the campaign, mainly about how amazing the Viking listeners are and how their generosity has made such a difference. I have included some below:

"As always the support received from yourselves provides our children with a more positive, enjoyable Christmas and we all appreciate, very much, you thinking of us again this year” Children’s Charity

“ We would like to thank everyone involved for their hard work and generosity in ensuring that the children received something to open on Christmas Day” Local Council

“ We are truly humbled at the goodwill of members of the community and listeners who donated to help us at Xmas…your donation has gone towards us being able to provide Xmas presents for over 150 children which would not have had anything to open on Christmas Day” Local Charity

Cash for Kids operates all year round, running fundraising campaigns so we are able to help children through our seasonal grant rounds. We rely on our wonderful supporters fundraising for us so we are able to do this. Should you be keen to learn more about getting your business, school or workplace involved in 2019 then please do let us know, we would love to have you on board .

Thank you so much once again

With love and best wishes for 2019

The Cash for Kids Team x
