Physiotherapist Katy Wilson popped into our assembly this morning to talk about the pedometer challenge. During the spring term, Mr Jones had brought in pedometers for each class and pupils were taking it in turns to wear these and see how many steps they could do each day. These proved to be really popular.
Now we are going to be competing with three other primary schools in our Trust to see who can get the most number of steps in. Katy told us the reasons that getting enough steps in is for our bodies and our health/fitness.
