A Royal Engagment for Ruth

As part of being awarded the British Empire Medal, Miss Ruth Truelove, one of our school governors, had been invited to a Royal Garden Party today at Buckingham Palace. She was allowed to take one guest, so Miss Truelove was accompanied by her very excited mother. Both enjoyed a beautifully sunny day in the presence of Prince Charles, Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, and other royals.
