Our two year 6 International Pupil Councillors, together with four friends from year 5 spent the day in the Council Chambers of the Guildhall today as part of an Environmental Conference. They had a brilliant time planning and then debating issues. Our pupils were given the roles of Governors of a country being affected by environmental issues. They had to pretend they were power hungry rulers who were more interested in pocketing money than looking after the needs of the indigenous people in their lands. The represented our school admirably.
