Stepney Primary - The Birthplace of the International Pupil Council

In 2010, Francis Mason and Mr Browning were talking on the top landing of the stairs at Stepney when they started discussing setting up the International Pupil Council. Now in 2019, with the British Council cameras rolling, they were joined by Kathleen Guthrie, who now organises the Hull IPC meetings.
