Healthwatch Hull are currently conducting a survey around the COVID-19 vaccine. They are wanting to ask anyone and everyone about their views on the vaccine, such as:
Whether they will be getting the vaccine
If so, what are the main reasons for getting it
If not, what are the reasons or concerns around the vaccine
How they've been receiving updates about the vaccine
How they feel about the messaging from the Government around the vaccine
