Names in School Uniform

We always seem to accumulate piles of lost property and last year was no

exception. PLEASE will you ensure that your child has his/her name inside their sweatshirts and coats. These are the items which pupils tend to take off at playtime, after they've been running around and getting hot. During play or lunch, pupils hang them on the Foundation Stage area fence but some don't retrieve them when the whistle goes, despite the pleas of staff to do so. Clothing, especially coats, are not cheap so we would urge parents to put in labels or get a permanent marker to write names in them.
